The US is tied for the most difficult permit process in the world for NEW mines-which is why CWRN was focusing on latin america- it would take several years and perhaps millions of dollars Bob said to open a new mine in the USA such as CWRN's baja concession-so thats part of the tradeoff for the difficult aspects of doing business in Mex --so the following is the gist of the Wisconsin bill:
"The bill, if signed into law, would create an expedited process by setting a 420-day limit for the state's Department of Natural Resources to approve or deny a permit for iron mining.'
