What really caught my eye is the astonishingly large difference in Pro-Inflammatories between 350mg and 700mg. The level of blockade would correspond to a more pronounced drop in level of those chemokines. At 700mg you're seeing a very mild decrease to an actual increase. At 350mg it's a substantially better result. What is even more telling is a reduction in the CCL2, CCL3, CCL5 (RANTES) and CCL18 ligands in 350mg but not in 700mg. There must be something terribly wrong in how that 700mg trial was either set up or run.
