What happening with Leronlimab mid of 2022 ..
— Combo HIV study results , 81% efficacy without one serious side effect .
When other 2 approved drugs for MDR patients are ,
Maraviroc with 45% efficacy and Black Box warning for liver injury ,
Ibalizumab 43% efficacy with some serious side effects , and every 2 weeks IV treatment
Capsid inhibitor coming , but will it be effective also in liver problems with this patients , or with increase number of malignancy we see in this patients , or HIV dementia or generally severe inflammation we see in HIV positive patients ..??
Leronlimab address each of this condition , studies are ongoing .
Dr Sacha just received almost 1 mill doll grant for a study of leronlimab and functional cure of HIV..
