How does this spin off work? Are they going to jus

How does this spin off work? Are they going to just issue shares to share holders? I own 55000 shares so, in your opinion, how will it work? I own about 5 other penny stocks & the only thing I've been through are reverse splits.... and there all still under water, 1 stock I own has done 2 reverse splits in the 5 years I've owned it. I can't afford to sell it's so far under water (Mariana Trench territory)...... I'm just waiting around to see what happens!!!
