Treaty Energy Corporation, shortly after receiving news of the approved Mitchell #3 permit, applied for a second drilling permit on the Mitchell lease (Mitchell #4). This permit is pending approval.
As of March 5, 2013, the TRRC has approved the first of Treaty Energy Corporation's deep well drills on the Mitchell lease (Mitchell Well #3).
For clarification and official information, US Fuels is a contractor for C&C Petroleum for West Texas operations and is handling on-site logistics. TECO has opted to use US Fuels as the permitting operator.
