Replace management? Yes all 3 amigos from their office to jail.
Good lock with that, as far as i know they control 80% of voting rights and they have become untouchable
.
They can do whatever the hell they want and thus give themselves millions in stock options and the racket continues.
I have no hope for investors in making their money back, only insiders will as usual.
