Weaponizing policy and outcomes to destroy property value. Act as a vehicle to interrupt, intercept, and manipulate the individual/owners property rights exchanged in financial markets...I think you get the picture!!!! A whole lot of cloak and dagger to deceive and help steal your property away from you (thru devaluation) is what it all comes down too.
