I don't know a lot. However, what doesn't make sense to me is why dilute before releasing relevant financials. If this is indeed a good company with big prospects, why not release the companies under EGOC with name/industry/gross revenue/profits and letthat news generate momentum. Folks would want in and would pay. At that point in time you could issue additional shares.
A RS now or even soon is illogical unless they have little money and need to raise capital.
