There is no mention of the dates for bankruptcy in the post (below) annie. Which leads me to believe Forb read it somewhere other then the IHUB board. I then assumed it was found in the online court system if he had the exact dates!

The bankruptcy trustee filed a lawsuit against HLNT/AHS to collect $300K in back legal fees that they would not pay him. What kind of a company runs up that kind of a bill and then forces their lawyer into a bankruptcy because he can't pay his bills?
