Cities general force doubling up in many municipalities such as cutting Parks and other areas plus they will move funds out of the general budget too but at times all departments are told to cut 10% also. Note most departments are padded to begin with. They won't mess with Police and fire nor sanitation but everything else is game when all said and done.
