I think Forb is saying he got the information from the courts system and not the IHUB board.
sparks can you help us on this. thank you I dont have a PACER account and can't verify any details like $300k or any mention of HTI, but there is a Ch. 7 filing for H Southern filed 2/26/13 for business debt with first meeting to be held on 4/2. Call VCIS 866-222-8029, #35, 3, 768843764372.
My question then would be, how would PD know of this before anyone else?
