Can you give medical advice on social media?
Never give medical advice on social media. Sure, you will post items that have medical information but this is not the same as giving direct advice to a patient or person
Is it legal to give medical advice?
Someone that has experience or knowledge of medicine is not authorized to give medical advice or treatment to others without having an active professional license to do so, or he or she could face penalties or punishment.
JPox is in BIG trouble now for giving medical advice. The fines are quite steep.
I see he's trying to build his defense case already by questioning other doctors on message board about their practice.
