Please see answers to your post below. Sorry about the long post but it's doozey.

But, first, you must have an explanation for this. Why does SPP ceo list a company's (Stion Solar OEM partner) Nano panels (thin solar panels) as available at SPP , in a Jan 2022 press release, when that company shut down in 2017 and still owing State of Mississippi $74 mil in funding (and it looks like it never paid a dime on that loan). WHY??

Called this company below and manager said they have 18 left and more available since the Stion factory is closed. I suggest you call them directly. Manager said you can also get help about products online through live chat.

Emailed this company to let them know Stion is out of business as of 2017. They replied and apologized and said that's why they have this disclaimer at the end of their press releases.

Now, you did such a good job finding a few leftover Stion Solar panels made before 2018...so why not post the most important link. Maybe the link to Sun Pacific Power's Stion Solar Nano panels available per Sun Pacific Power January 2022 press release?
