Beasley - as far as I can tell, Mr. Scum-diddly-doofus continues to appear as NuGens' CEO. I suppose that technically, they are not in bankruptcy (i.e., have not filed yet), so maybe that is why he remains listed. Of course, the companies' websites have him listed as CEO/Pres/CoB.
