In hundreds of locations around the United States, demonstrations against gun violence in the country are being staged on Saturday, several media outlets reported. The demonstrations are organized by the organization March for our lives, which was founded by survivors of the mass shooting at a school in Parkland in 2018.
"We need to put politics aside and save our children and our loved ones from this insane, terrifying violence," David Hogg, one of the organization's co-founders, told NBC News.
