This points to the biggest weakness in all these FDA trials, they are not adaptive. Especially when people are dying, why are the trials so rigid?
Our CD12 trial would have been successful if doctors had the ability to see the patient getting worse after LL is stopped and then adjust the trial to give more doses to patients that didn't respond and walk at two weeks.
We all adjust our own dose of medicine all the time at home. Duh.
