I also believe that these are things that could happen here with himr, maybe all things in a short period of time.
North cal buys himr since they are going to be together on north Cal's property and going in as partners on concessions, second I believe that the ar-120 tigerlynk has only $250000 dollars left to finish the build by last April's himr annual,which North Cal has annual sales of 6.3 mill. +, and finally I believe financing the build could be done by grants if himr gets bought out by North Cal because as previous posts yesturday show grants for green initiatives can be given as long as you have income coming in to support your business without the grant which North Cal does, and last of all North Cal has the distribution connections to sell the ar-120 tigerlynk which the previous owner of the tiger lynk had 14 orders lined up before they couldn't finish the build.
A lot of big things are possible here.
