Nonsense! Look at the #'s in the 10-K. They don't

2020 - height of Covid = $289K
2021 - states opened up - $377K
negative 88K. lol (7K less per month?)
how do you justify more wages and compensation, cost of revenues, professional fees and rent in 2020 (height of Covid) versus 2021 (open for business)
*company states in the 10-K they only had a few customers making up a majority of the street outdoor subsidiary revenue.
Get real! Looks like non-performance to me. Hope I'm wrong since it's been, practically, the only revenue for 4 years.
The link below will solidify the non-performance.

Bus shelter transit partner now directing prospective customers to a competitor on its website. How does that make sense when you supposedly have a 10 year contract beginning in 2017 with the state transit partner. Maybe you can blame Covid? Or the medi-ri karen? Or DEM? Or Gina? lol
Quit while you're behind. Due diligence on this subsidiary is long gone over the hills now. Moved on.
Need to know more about SPP.
imho
cheers
