I’m not sure an NDA means they can’t release trial data. An NDA might be just over who is discussing a partnership. The other party might want confidentiality that’s there discussions are not public and who they are in discussions with. Cytodyn has responsibility to the share holders and I don’t think they can just not release results over an NDA. I guess they could, but you have stated a few times that negotiations usually go in Cytodyn,s favor if the trial results are made public. I agree and think the time required pulling the data together and submitting it to publications for peer review was the delay.
I’m sure there are and will be many NDA’s, protecting who they are talking with and what they are talking about.
