If there was an NDA that included the NASH data, then that means NO ONE ELSE could know the data, which means that CYDY had no leverage and wasn't in a position to make the best deal possible because they couldn't tell other parties what amazing data they might have had. That'd be shocking, right? Oh wait...Vyera...LOL
Staying positive helps nothing except the individual who knows in their heart that this may be another stutter-step. What DOES help something is great data with enough participants that is undeniable. I am not quite sure that any of us are feeling that this NASH data was undeniable. I REALLY wanted to be popping some champagne corks with that data, but maybe I just don't understand how awesome it is. That is TOTALLY possible. But I don't want to put on a happy face, I want good hard data that moves the damn needle, as do we all.
I would LOVE to be proven wrong with someone explaining how amazing this data is and CYDY announcing a partnership with a REAL partner who can move the needle.
