The Share Structure is not heading for a reverse split and there is absolutely no need for one.
The A/S is 5 Billion, the Total O/S is only 1.922 Billion - 38% - and the Unrestricted O/S is only 1.583 Billion.
There is no significant dilution compared to the volume traded: only 2 x 93.75M and 90M have been added to the Unrestricted O/S in the last 3 months.
The CEO has started a Shareholder Protection Initiative with further steps known to be ahead.
Even if shares continued to be added at the current rate, it would take almost a year to add another 1 Billion and even then it wouldn't be in reverse split territory and that's before future reductions.
In addition, the CEO has already stated that there will not be a reverse split.
Weekly real jewelry sales are not down.
As stated in the DD and in the daily summaries on the serious foums, the overall average revenue is $270K per week for 2022 to date - compared to $192K per week for the whole of 2021 - growth of 40%+ in 2022 on top of the 35% already achieved in 2021.
That is why the company achieved net profitability in $6-figures in 2022 Q1.
The Public Offering is working as intended with the increased cash flow over the past 16 weeks bringing in an additional $1.440M in revenue - $282K per week - 46% growth - compared to the $192K per week whole of 2021. As stated many times, the revenue in any particular week is entirely dependent on the items that can be sourced. Every item on auction gets sold every week.
Metaverse store has only just opened on June 1 and there will be just under 4 weeks of revenue included in the 2022 Q2. We also know there will be multiple updates ahead on its expansion including adding skins, auctions and jewelry for metaverse weddings.
$SFLM remains a top pick throughout 2022 and into 2023 for me.
All the above is already explained in the detail in the master DD here:
