Some posts concerning Joe were highly accurate while others were petty and plain obnoxious, much like the posts Joe put on himself. Joe was like a Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde as I view him. He caused so many people to either like him or just plain could not stand him. Either way, Generex and NuGenerex literally became what they are because of him and the shareholders were all left in the dark due to him.
I still do not understand how the SEC or any govt agency allows a CEO of a regulated company to get away with any of this, but it is what it is. I am still interested in what the court and who they put in charge handles NuGenerex espectially with a listing that is up there along with the 500+ valuation and a cancer patent along with several products that have potential deals out there. There are many potential avenues out there that bring some value to over 6 million dollars to creditors.
