Eeeeheheheheheee Ooohhhhhh
Again, exactly the point I made in my post.
"Feel free to re-read my post. The post included a quote from the OTC markets site about what is required for ongoing qualification to the OTC's "Current Information" reporting tier. The post was in response to another poster asking why it is "OK" for RFMK management to have not yet filed a Q4 10-Q for 2012. The quotation included in your post seems to concern another topic which has been discussed in detail here which surrounds complaints of management as to the exact timing and sequence of filing audited annual financials in the form of a 10-K filing."
Your attempts to spread confusion and obfuscation of the truth here will go nowhere. YOU are the one confusing the matter, not I. Indeed, this is not rocket science. The Q4 10-Q was not required to be filed from the perspective of the OTC reporting guidelines because only an annual report is needed (by the end of the month) and from the perspective of the SEC for "fully reporting" status it is also not required because RFMK is under no obligation to report because it is a SEC non-reporting company, though RFMK can and likely will provide an audited 10K report soon so as to make the registration and uplisting process smoother.
Sheesh
It's going to be quite a laugh when the 10K is filed and this stock is finally trading on the OTCBB, ehhhh?! Laughable?! Hmmmm.....
You must unlearn what you have learned. The dark side clouds everything.
