Concerning Generex / NuGenerex, Joe simply betrayed everyone. There is no better way to explain it. If you questioned him, he bashed you. He always said things were great and when it showed they weren't, he blamed bad actors, then said they were gone, then blamed them again and so on. Never himself and we never saw how bad things were and then communications simply ceased on everything and shareholders lost thousands and hundreds of thousands and honestly, that is the fault of Joe.
From the PRs, the dividends, the so called calls that Joe put on, he gave the impression that Generex / NuGenerex were basically doing great with Billion dollar deals, million dollar deals and so forth and people bought into it (including me) and in the end, my stock is valued at next to nothing and NGIO is nothing. My only hope is some company decides to pick up the pieces. We shall see. But the sad thing is Joe will simply move on and not be held accountable for actions that he did to the shareholders. The SEC should be taking a hard look at those in positions who do things to their shareholders like this. Yes, shareholders are responsible in how they invest, but they base it on what CEO's bring to the table on their company and what Joe said and did was highly questionable to say the very least in my opinion.
