I would like to add one thing: in addition to the overt inability, it is inexplicable why JM did not give up the reins of the company in due time, instead making it sink.
It is inexplicable that no one on the board tried to tell the truth and cowardly walked away without communication.
Perhaps, the company had something good and few debts: it was unthinkable to let it die like that.
At this point, the other possibility is that all the alleged and overt value present in Genrex, and amplified here on H, has never been there, or has been sold without our knowledge in one of the many contracts entered into by Moscato.
The only certainty is that there has been a lack of correct information, willful misconduct and fraud against shareholders, and that 99% of the time we will not be able to recover the damage suffered, even in a small part.
