Dr. Rugo's work is impressive- and needed.
Struck by the second quote:

Dr. Hope Rugo attempts to dispel this misconception, citing that endocrine therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors are well tolerated and don’t have the intensive side effects associated with chemotherapy .

Agree with the basic premise- but endocrine treatments might be the one topic I have seen on this board that I might offer some first-hand insight- so thought I would jump in and share.
Agree that: Endocrine treatments don't have the intensive side effects associated with chemotherapy.
Can't agree that they are well tolerated. Some women are able to continue the treatment for the 5 years they are usually prescribed. (Though IMO the side effects might be mingled with the effects of other 'treatments' and the cancer itself.) Again- IMO- many women stop the treatment because of the side effects- even while knowing the importance of them. (20%-50% according to google- but I would guess more.)
All the more reason why we need leronlimab available ... yesterday.
