DPAs critical to help save lives during a crisis.
Especially, DPAs used for a range of issues related to national security, natural disasters and public health pandemics. Very effective tool to make sure Americans are protected from from being held hostage when needing critical goods and services.
Unfortunately, you need to have an existing manufacturing plant or be an experienced authorized seller with reliable suppliers when DPAs are signed.
PT.IDN/IST may have a chance if they can get a manufacturing plant built in less than 2 or more years. Probably late to the party since the market will be absolutely flooded by current U.S. and overseas manufacturers over the next 2 years
Tariff changes will only help overseas giants, with or without incentives, in the solar panel manufacturing world. No way the company will be able to compete with pricing on large projects in 2-3 years.
Just a lot of noise today because their will be a new President and budget before any plant comes close to getting built.
