That piece of garbage needs to be in jail. How is complete silence from the rest of the board acceptable? Simple answer: It’s not - and they need to held accountable for their action/inaction as well. Just to walk away from a public company without a word to the shareholders is criminal. My lawyer said its a waste of time to pursue it further - but for the life of me I’m pretty @&#% pissed at this whole mess.
