Protest outside of Joe’s house endlessly? Waste of time - he likely is not there.
File a civil lawsuit against the Generex executives? Throwing good money after bad.
Hire a lawyer to protect the stockholders? Protect from what? The damage already has been done.
Create a ”Save Generex” GoFundMe? Like saving the Titanic. Maybe salvage/recovery operations.
Get the “Friends of Generex” to do something? Just like they did for the past 18 months. Thanks, doc.
Get a major news outlet to publicize the Generex story in hopes of stopping the Chapter 7, and get a Chapter 11 instead to reorganize the company to save it and us stockholders? There has to be something to reorganize.
Is there not someone among us who has some clout or influence to alter the final destination of Generex/NuGenerex? Nope.
