2020 is the only way to look at this investment and stay sane, lol!  The article projects to 2020 i.e. a short 7 years and and TECO could be a major player.  We just need a few good producers and survive these inside and outside attacks of the company while they take the time and costs required to get there.  Imagine what those possible 6mm barrels in  Belize could pay for in US exploration and production.  Belize could fund TECO  into a mid-size US oil producer.  On the other hand there isn't much room for anymore short term mistakes.  Keep up the good work pulling back W Texas from the brink of disaster.
