I remember when he stated that he would look into a NOBO list and then again when he said that he would begin the search for an auditor for the books. It seemed that he delayed or put off following through on each. I just thought he was fiscally conservative and didn't want to pay for uneeded services at the time. I think he probably wishes he had looked into and hired auditors. It would have saved many a lot of worry and heartache.JMO Good Fortune to all. Long and Strong KMAG
