I have felt for a long time that this will resolve around year end. Sort of aligning with the BLA re-submission for HIV. Together, the two could combine as tremendous catalysts.
When SA reveals the evidence and Amarex realizes it is no longer worth continuing as it will only incur more damages and more attorneys fees, they will opt to settle.
