Looking at Dr. Sacha's paper it's obvious that the increase of CCR5+ CD4 T cells is not due to chemokines increasing CCR5 expression. It is due to leronlimab not allowing the CCR5 receptor to internalize into the cell which would occur with binding by chemokines.

I really do need to read that longhaulers paper. The claim of immune suppression seems rather odd to me. There maybe something else going on.
