We'll all be fine. Matt's not diluting the company, so the only "benefit" to BCAP being publicly traded is for shareholders to exchange shares between one another.
Honestly, for all I care Matt could delist BCAP, keep all existing shareholders, avoid all the BS hassle and still effect his business plan.
No-one deserves the criticism he's received. The delay in the Quarterly report is on the advise of his lawyer. There's nothing more Matt can do to release the Q until he receives the legal thumbs up.
