Revenue for the first 9 months of 2021 was $7,773,

Revenue for 2021 was $12,230,000
Means more than 1/3 of revenue came in Q4 -
$4,457,000
Revenue for all of 2020 was $5,207,000
As Gerald has explained, anything to do with Covid is not consistent and ebs and flows. Q4 was busy. Q1 slowed down. I would argue mostly because idiots ran around saying the pandemic was over which is far from reality. Also add to that a ton of free tests were given out.
So with the Pandemic back on the table, what will Todos revenue be? We know they are capable of being almost $5M in a quarter. This doesn't include the growing Tollovid revenue nor the expanded non-Covid testing they are doing at provista. Also doesn't include substantial money owed to Todos. Also add LC into the picture which really wasn't a focus in 2021 nor really in Q1. Now you are having people buying multiple bottles instead of one 'just in case'. Keep in mind Todos daily was discontinued in Q1 also for the higher priced Max which will add to the bottom line.
I believe global Tollovid sales will make a sizable contribution once that gets ramped up as other countries are seeing the success customers are having in the US.
The wild card is a partnership that pays upfront which could be worth millions if not 10's of millions.
