You're probably saying that if Leronlimab is taking a practically non-functioning immune system like the ones the Long Haulers have as described by Otto Yang, and then ramped up their immune systems with LL administration, causing normal levels of CCR5 to be expressed on the cell surfaces of the CD4 T cells, then that should have also resulted in the expression of increased Interferon Alpha, right?
Just the opposite. The binding by leronlimab itself is not causing increased CCR5 expression. Chemokines like IFN-a, IFN-y, IL-10 and TNF cause the upregulation of CCR5 when not bound to the receptor. By leronlimab binding CCR5 more of those chemokines are free floating and that is what induces an increased CCR5 expression.
