Oh, that Nader would speak.
But, if he would, many of our questions would be answered in a single half hour conversation.
He would sum it all up as it happened, as it went down. He did not pick up and leave. Surely, the deal set before him, for his shareholders, was better for the shareholders than if he were to remain and ignore what was set before his company. He must have known, the company would be in better hands by his "resignation".
To just pick up and leave, (the real definition of resignition), without solidifying a satisfactory, acceptable, competent, motivated, experienced, intelligent, person or group, that in his belief, understanding and estimation, even exceeds his own attributes, would have been an outright betrayal of himself and his principles.
By resigning, he would have denied himself of being true to himself, fooling himself, that what he would do subsequently, would have no consequence, no bearing on his future, and that it would allow him to save himself while, he would live in constant regret that he abandoned those who trusted him.
Nader had principles which he carried on his shoulder, wore them on his sleeve. He may have been forced out, but it was on his terms. He would not let this company be destroyed and he ensured that before he signed off.
I believe that Nader is confident that CytoDyn will have EVERYTHING it will require in the coming months and years to see this company through. I believe he was assured of it, By signing the "resignation", he also signed a NDA. That's my opinion.
Someone wanted the baton and he trusted them with his company.
That's how I see it.
