Putin could give a chit less. I see you just can't grasp what was said. You simply use your head in how to limit some possible damage. All weapons require ammunition and even though everyone and their uncle has plenty of ammunition in homes safe guarded or not one way to start would be to limit ammunition sales coupled with age. Haven 't you ever heard or a registry? That could be used and even respected depending how it is blended into age level verses age and background of a child or young adult.
