And how hard would it be for an investigator to subpoena IHUBs member records to see how many of JPedro's "followers" are actually other aliases he created himself to bolster his own image as he spreads his lies and misinformation? That would go a long way in supporting the criminal behavior. What excuse could JPeckerHead use in his defense when this little fact is presented in court? Combine that with the fact he never took a single step to correct the "error" in identifying himself as an investment analyst on the shareholder call. It's clear he enjoyed the status it gave him. The only "error" made was him failing to correct the issue by stating he was a private investor.
And since IHUB already has set precedent for shifting liability to the board moderators, JPedro is a fool for believing he is protected by IHUB policies. They exist to collect the membership revenue. Nothing more. They allow paying members like JPedro to post misinformation and to ridicule and slander the reputation of a company CEO and post the racist crap he posts, while supporting the deletion of posts and restrictions on non-paying members who challenge JPedro's claims.
Anyone following that board can see the long running battle between JPedro and JoeForkeyBolo who tried to counter the false claims. JPedro claimed he never lost money in AMBS and challenged JFB to prove otherwise. JFB read through years of JPedro's posts and posted numerous links to those posts where JPedro described his catastrophic losses and financial insolvency from his investment in AMBS. What did JPedro do as moderator? Of course, he deleted those posts as personal attacks and IHUB backed those deletions. JFB posted all of this on other boards outside of IHUB, including StockTwits and Reddit, where JPeckerHead has no control. Those posts directly prove JPedro is a LIAR and has an agenda to promote himself as a knowledgable and successful investor. He is neither. He's a loser who cannot and will not accept responsibility for his own bad decisions.
Anyone who takes the time to investigate the performance of any of the company boards he's posted on for over a decade will see all of those companies SUCKED as an investment, and he has lost his ass as an investor. Who would want to follow such a loser? So yes, I believe more than a few of those "followers" are either moron investors themselves or aliases he created to boost his own image on IHUB. His defense attorney will have a hard time explaining that behavior. Will JPeckerHead inform his attorney of this behavior before the trial, or will his attorney be blindsided when the prosecution presents this at the trial? I think we all know the answer.
