We have established the maximum overall dose at 700mg. With 100% receptor occupancy achieved any more would simply be wasted product. Why the FDA likes to see dose justification for all new indications is that AE/SAEs may arise in one disease that won't in another. Also a lesser dose may achieve greater benefit than the maximum dose. With leronlimab I don't think either would apply and maximum dose is the way to go.
