That's how it's been on all the AMBS calls and other that I've seen.
So the irony is, not only would his case against AMBS be thrown out in a second because of that "Congratulations" transcript, but with that same transcript, investors can sue the pants off him for pumping the stock while pretending to be a stock analyst. We probably would have forgotten all about it, if it was for JPtsd reminding us what an assclown he was/is.
Then add in the other crimes against the company. Probably harder to keister when you are 67 going on 68 hemorrhoids and all.
