Really, when someone was at least the "backer" of such a parasitical group like 13D, how can he be found not to be just that.
Using CYDY for his prostate test, being Chief Medical Officer, sucking the life out of a trial by questioning LL's safety profile?, the 8.3 million shares and now another 7 million to boot? He has literally sucked the blood from his host organism. Does all this not prove his parasitical feeding on CytoDyn, using his CCR5 knowledge as his free pass to feed on what his heart desires?
I align him with Amarex. I only have a suspicion, but the backers of the work which was committed against our HIV trial, to mutilate the BLA for HIV, had to be in collusion with Amarex to accomplish this deed, and it was achieved when 13D had not yet quite made their revelation. Had the BLA been received and Filed by the FDA, LL would be approved today for HIV and Covid 19 as well. The needless death of hundreds of thousands could have been prevented had Amarex done its job. Had, BP, and 13D not interfered with our trials.
There never would have been a 13D uprising or Amarex Arbitration for that matter. Nader would still be in charge. Covid would have been minimized.
Now, we have no Nader, we have the re-emergence of a parasite, the reminders of a 13D renaissance and how Amarex caused all of this to go down.
A curve ball thrown to the shareholders. CytoDyn negotiates with 13D? What would be the benefit? Obviously... there must be some great benefit. Right? given the magnitude of the award. Why did we not shut him down completely, but opted to settle the case even a week early, in the way that we did?
Was it Karen Brunke who liked his CCR5 understanding? Does she feel he would help her figure out new LL indications? Were they looking to free up a board position and knew Jordan Naydenov would leave with that settlement? There must have been reasons which made it worth far more than that.
Who does he know? What corporations is he affiliated with? In what capacity? What was discussed prior to the decision to make this grand settlement? What was implied in the statement, "Dr. Pestell and the Company are also exploring ways in which Dr. Pestell can reengage with the Company to help realize leronlimab’s full potential in oncology. CytoDyn regrets Dr. Pestell’s departure from the Company and the subsequent public statements made by its former CEO about Dr. Pestell."
What, He is not the parasite he once was? He only had it out for Nader and now, since Nader is gone, he will play nice?
Does he have any part of the collusion which had to have happened in Amarex? Is it too far fetched, to consider that he, with friends in high places, in the seats of the decision makers of Big Pharma, those that give the yea or nay on the treachery, the debauchery, in discussions, making recommendation, offering of advice. Yet, his name remains clean, devoid of any tarnish or flaw, polished with painstaking care to maintain it as flawless.
What is the value of the Amarex destruction? Minimum $13 Billion induced by the 13D. How would Sidley Austin have not advised against such a settlement if he were implicated in Amarex? Clearly, we expect more out of him than $13 Billion.
What if the opposite were true? What if he will now yield the truth to Sidley Austin on the BLA and Amarex? I wrote this in Taking a Look Ahead,
https://www.reddit.com/r/LeronLimab_Times/com...;context=3
"None are immune. All have deep pockets. All will be found out and discovered. The implications of which are enormous. CytoDyn swallows whole the elephant in the room. Negotiations? There will be nothing left to negotiate for, not even half an ear. No crumbs under the table. And Amarex will not be the only one consumed."
I also wrote, "CytoDyn needs to remain vigilant. Be careful of the covenants you sign CytoDyn. Leronlimab may not be breached. That must be forbidden. There can be no access to its assembly or manufacturing. There can be no understanding to its formula. There can be no decoding.
If for whatever reason, this is actually breached. all contracts / partnerships cease at once and CytoDyn goes it alone again. That must be written in every contract. Whoever would have breached this will be fighting with their best foot forward to again destroy CytoDyn."
Richard Pestell will not be CytoDyn's new CEO. He will however be CytoDyn's liaison in winning combination therapy partnerships with multiple Big Pharmaceuticals to broaden, strengthen and fortify the indications of their concluding monotherapy drugs for new use as combination therapy with Leronlimab. He will make amends and reap far greater rewards from his host in its rise than he ever has in its fall.
