If I am correct, we are almost midweek into week 6 of arbitration. Any hunches on how long it's going to take to go thru the best evidence: FDA letter?
My guess is since only issue is the unpaid bill, we should be hearing something by end of June. From my experience on arbitration, the arbiter hears both sides, takes time to digest/consider the information, then issues a written binding opinion to the parties.
The wild card is that we don't know how much time is being allotted to hearing the evidence.
