Is it taking 3 yrs to fill out a 2-page application? Evidently, funding has been in place? Government unrest over for months now and votes in 2 months allowing the continuation of private solar farm developments.
btw, we already got a tweet last year showing a photo of a Durango sandlot (??) with a small tree on it. Hoping that was an accurate photo based on gps.
