For those who, like me, are and have invested in CYDY for almost 5 years:
Somebody with a bunch of scientific papers comes and says he has a super-duper prostate test (CCR5-based) that improves the then, standard of testing by far.
NP embraces the new opportunity for CYDY at that time in dire need of revenues (as has been the case ever since). He is given a good quantity of OUR shares with the promise and hope that the test will bring relatively rapid revenues (win-win scenario).
He is put in charge of our oncology study; Dr. Pestell continues with his “celebrity” tours and engagements. He then, says that our HIV protocol (at that time our only speedy route to revenue) news revisions .. And he continues with his engagements …and our trial(s) stretches longer (when I first invested we were “ad portas” of have the HIV trial finished, now it needs revision as does the oncology as well, and NOTHING from the prostate test at all.
To make a long story short: what he sold us was smoke and mirrors that NP swallowed hook, line and sinker to the extent to put him at the helm of programs that did not progress (as Pestell was too busy on his celebrity tours)….
He then gets fired. The actual reason is not known (but it doesn’t matter), but as an investor, the conclusions are clear: NP did a very bad deal and Pestell’s test was useless for which he is getting a bundle of OUR money.
Both walk out with a pretty stash of money and we all get to hold the bag.
And now we tell the whole world that we don’t mind the mirrors, we would like to fully pay for them and would like the salesman to come back and show us other mirror models (and perhaps other color of smoke) so we can buy more, all with OUR money.
