In my opinion, there is not a single person more responsible for the failure of this company to this point than NP. Jay Lalezari called him the most dysfunctional manager he has ever seen in his life. No mention of Pestell. No mention of the 13D group. No mention of anyone else.

But maybe you have more insight than Jay? My point is that, the guy has done more damage to this company by driving away legitimate people and I really don’t know what Pestell did wrong, because I no longer believe anything that NP said
