No one says "I'll take millions of dollars from you but ONLY if you say something sort of nice about me". That's just a joke. As you said, it's merely words that don't matter. It has NOTHING to do with the settlement, PLUS, the WORLD doesn't give a rat's patootie about this situation. It's not like anyone but us shareholders actually care.
