I have when done for the right reasons in up listi

I have when done for the right reasons in up listing. I believe we are up listing to the nasdaq. Nothing says that we wont get certs, sales or an other good piece of information preceding the split. For that matter they wrote in they can do what is best for shareholders and that may be not do it at all. We will have to watch the insiders do what they do.. One thing is sure they were still buying!
