A Democratic county official in western Virginia has actually been charged with 82 felonies, several of them related to election fraud.
Trey Adkins, Democratic County Supervisor has actually been detained and is dealing with 82 charges, mainly including voter fraud.
The charges he is dealing with include 34 counts of incorrect declaration– election scams, 11 counts of absentee ballot treatment infractions , 11 counts of forgery of a public record, and 3 counts of conspiracy to make an incorrect declaration.
More details of this report from LawOfficer.com report:
A county supervisor in Virginia has been accused of dozens of counts of voter fraud in a case in which prosecutors allege he showed up at the homes of voters, with absentee ballot applications and ballots, to ensure he would have their vote.
According to WJHL a grand jury indicted Knox District Supervisor for Buchanan County Trey Adkins on 82 felony charges.
Those charges include 34 counts of false statement – election fraud, 11 counts of absentee voting procedure violations, 11 counts of forgery of a public record, 3 counts of conspiracy to make a false statement – election fraud, and more.
WND reported that Sherry Lynn Bailey was also indicted, who is Adkins’ aunt, and allegedly took part in the scheme too. Bailey is facing multiple counts of false statement – election fraud, conspiracy and forgery of a public record.
Adkins was under investigation by Virginia State Police for over two years. Authorities said they would have little further to release before a trial.
Adkins initially won election to the five-member Buchanan County Board of Supervisors in 2011, according to the Virginia Department of Elections.
The counts of embezzlement originate from accusations that Adkins provided county-owned gravel to personal people through his private building and construction business.
They state that elections have repercussions which holds true for the elections in Virginia in 2021.
They now have a Republican Governor and Attorney General.
Had Democrats won the elections, you can feel confident that he would never ever see the within a courtroom.
They knew for 2 years what he had actually done.
As a result, they overlooked his criminal offenses because he was collecting to elect Biden.
It is a brand-new day in Virginia and they desire to get the corruption out of the state, and I believe they will go for a significant jail sentence in order to terrify off future tally harvesting. I could be incorrect, however, do not wager the lease on it.
Adkins is declining to resign from the Buchanan County Board of Supervisors, vowing to continue in office as he fought against the election fraud charges in court.
And after launching the rambling video, Adkins has actually declined to talk to the news media, accepting his criminal defense lawyer.
