I'd love to hear Kay's answer to your question that you mentioned at the bottom of your correspondence! I mean...I'd REALLY like to know - I've wondered it many times over. To "rehash" the subject some from a couple of years ago from the many members on this board: Payoffs, you can't win in California courts, SFOR took it to the top court in California and the judges didn't listen or understand what SFOR's attorney was saying, SFOR couldn't establish a presidence to sue others, SFOR ran out of money to continue lawsuits, SFOR was no longer backed or funded for lawsuits, SFOR's claims weren't valid enough, SFOR was too little to defend what they had, SFOR didn't have anything to protect, SFOR will sue again once they strengthen their position, etc., etc., etc. Could be one or more of these situations or none of them. That was then, and now moving on...what Blank Rome is doing now is completely different than what Ropes and Gray was hired to do back then.
